A system that unites and articulates CEPIT, UNICEN and the Municipality of Tandil, we generate an “internal street” structured by a large central double-height space that, in addition to circulation, provides great lighting given its strategic orientation with a view to the north. .
The office modules, meeting rooms, massive common uses and services open towards this large linear meeting space, all of these uses converging in a unique result of dynamism and connection. Responding to the architectural requirements of each program, the building achieves a coherent dialogue between technology and nature.

Just as the landscape permanently dialogues with the building, the passive bioclimatic architecture crosses our proposal and enhances the program of needs. Starting with proper orientation, followed by incorporation of natural light and cross vents.
Staging is given, on the one hand, by the “cumulative” completion of contiguous office modules facing Los Alamos street and, on the other hand, by the connection of “plug-ins” complementary programs (such as SUM and dining room).
