We propose an open plot to the north with views of the lake and maximum use of the solar contribution. Weft that is densified on the south façade, graduating the relationship between filled and glass, controlling the presence of cold in the interior thermal balance.

We propose a north gallery or canopy that links the two buildings of Justice, this covered walkway will be transformed into a public meeting space that opens the views towards a wooded park and beyond to the landscape of the mountains and the lake. This architectural treatment at the pedestrian level defines the social and recreational use that the construction of the complex can contribute to the eastern area of Bariloche.
