A comprehensive intervention that renews the River Plate Identity, enhanced with an educational and sports proposal. Taking the stadium as its central piece, the project proposes the incorporation of ventilated façade sectors, maintaining the existing structure and the vertical circulation cores. Expanded parking capacity to 1000 spaces. Rooftop for recreational sports.
The proposal includes a multipurpose building with a commercial plinth COVERED SPORTS CENTER with the capacity to house multiple disciplines.
