Within the framework of the National Contest of Pre-projects National Technological University - Mendoza Regional Faculty, this building for Research and Postgraduate studies appears, covering an approximate area of 5,000m2.

The project was designed as a "model of sustainable architecture". Integrating concepts such as natural chimney, strategic native vegetation, renewable energies, among others.

Conceived from the material point of view as a contrast between the common areas on the lower floors and the teaching areas on the upper floors, reinforcing the identity of the edifice.
