MATERIALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY.
The constructive decision of a mixed system of concrete structure and masonry envelope allows construction costs in line with the public works and regulates heat gains, contributing to low maintenance costs.
The structural project prioritizes flexibility in the use of spaces, both in its current configuration and in possible future configurations.
With this objective in mind, three column-free longitudinal strips are defined: auditorium, hall / foyer and classrooms. These large spaces are covered by ribbed slabs, which discharge on one side on the perimeter of the building, and on the inside in the lines of columns that define the three stripes.
