Within the framework of the call for the National Contest of Preliminary Projects for the "Refunctionalization, Restoration and Enhancement of one of the Warehouses of the General San Martín Railway (FCGSM)" to transform it into a "Metropolitan Center of Creative Industries", an open project to the community made up mainly of workshops that respond to innovation and creativity policies such as: Espacio Maker; Workshops with CNC and laser cutters; Rooms for Digital Production and 3D Printing; Multi-space rooms; Coworking offices among other complementary programs.

The proposal considers passive bioclimatic strategies to improve comfort, reusing the existing structure, maximizing energy use with very low initial investment.
A global space, a large "warehouse" with different work areas where people and tools coexist in solidarity. Transforming the building into a single multi-sensory space that seeks to promote creativity, innovation and connections.
