A single volume of great transparency is proposed that acts as a transition between the future boulevard and the lake. Within this piece of architecture, a floor plan is defined that houses all of the exhibits on a high floor. This plant contains all the requested meters, thus allowing a definite functional flexibility.
Below the exhibits, and forming a true open plan in relation to the exterior, the functions of the rest of the program are arranged.
Basically those with massive movements such as the immersive projection room and the auditorium. This allows for a dynamic use of the outdoor space in conjunction with the magnificent lake views. Thus, in a plinth that acts as an activity and meeting place, functions such as the confectionery, shop, the workshop classrooms and the auditorium are expanded.

The proposal leads to the adoption of a structural logic that is based on a series of 18 m high porches in gradient that present a greater opening towards the massive entrance of the public.
The rhythm defines 24 spaces that refer to the Argentine provinces. Within this structural envelope, the mezzanine, which houses the exhibition level, is a slab that is supported by columns that reach natural ground.
