Office building of the Technological Pole, for the Trelew Industrial Park, of approximately 3,500m2, on a municipal land agreed through the national competition for preliminary projects of the Technological Pole of the City of Trelew, Province of Chubut.

The program is organized in two volumes linked by internal bridges developed around a five-fold-high void that responds to bioclimatic architectural constraints.
The first volume permeable to light, spacious and flexible where the offices are housed, and another more solid and closed volume that houses the necessary facilities to serve each office floor.
