Within the framework of the National Contest of Urban Ideas "San Nicolás de Cara al Río" with the aim of favoring the link between the city and the Paraná river by bringing the urban fabric closer to the coastal edge and promoted by AABE and the Municipality of San Nicolás, arises this proposal to intervene the 36-hectare property of Battalion No. 101.
The triggering idea that gave rise to the particular layout of the proposal begins with the traditional grid on which the vast majority of the cities in Buenos Aires are organized. In this way we recomposed an orthogonal grid drawing a quadrangular geometry based on the existing streets and an abstraction line with the coastal limit. The next step was to horizontally link the center of gravity of these blocks, obtaining three axes.

A criterion of "Acquired Sun Right" was used to determine the Building Cage and thus establish the "building guide or morphological parcel file for the design of the masterplan.
Axes that were affected from their center of gravity with the thrust of the river's edge, in that characteristic sector. Obtaining as a result a quadrangular grid directly affected by the particular coastal edge so that we obtain the traditional urban grid affected by the river.
