PRIVATE CONTEST

In the context of a private contest in which we accompany the Aslan y Ezcurra studio.

Work tools were developed to explore various scenarios for the maximum occupancy factor of a lot in Asunción, Paraguay, distributing 22,000m2 of homes in four towers.

The analysis of the sequence of successive growths until completing the housing complex and the regulation of heights to control the urban impact was facilitated.
At an architectural level, the distribution of masses was managed taking into account issues of sustainability and energy.
